We have two undergraduate students joining us for the summer. Jess Kennedy is funded by a UBC SURE Award and will be studying freeze tolerance in intertidal mussels. Brian Cho is funded by a UBC Work/Learn position and will be helping us keep the lab organized!

We’re happy to announce that Jarrett Blair has started with the Marshall Lab! While Jarrett is originally from Southern Ontario, as you can see below he is rapidly acclimating to conditions in Vancouver. He brings a wealth of knowledge about biodiversity and innovative new ways to measure it.
